My son had a wonderful day at school yesterday and the finger on the tip of the nose is really helping. He was getting really frustrated yesterday afternoon at Karate and I reminded him about the finger/nose. After he used that trigger it was amazing how he just completely relaxed and moved on. I have never seen him pull it together like that.

I studied music with Mark years ago at the Forum 303 Mall. You can imagine my surprise when we decided to find a hypnotist for my grand daughter, and I found he was involved with hypnosis. The LAP BAND® procedure was approved by my insurance, but I just did not want to go through with it. I needed to do something to reduce my weight and the virtual gastric band hypnosis sounded more like something I could live with. I am eating much smaller portions and feeling so much better. My only problem is my clothes are too big so I need to go shopping.
