After smoking for over 33 years, usually a pack to a pack and a half a day. I tried to quit before, but always failed. All it took was one visit with Mark and I lost the desire, craving and need. My son had a wonderful day at school yesterday and the finger on the tip of the nose is really helping. The LAP BAND® procedure was approved by my insurance, but I just did not want to go through with it.
