Once COVID-19 derailed the original class schedule of meeting in-person for two separate weeks of training, Mark presented through Zoom. We had presentations and lectures, we were able to see notes and outlines, video clips and live demonstrations with his shared screens. Lots of member participation and interaction. The separate rooms were perfect for practicing techniques with partners. Zoom allowed for Mark to enter the rooms and observe; as well, there was a help button so he could assist at anytime. Feedback throughout was excellent. As I have practiced with volunteers, friends, family, all of which was done on Zoom, both the clients as well as myself have been extremely comfortable and found the on-line experiences to be comfortable and effective. I feel very well prepared and have formed some awesome relationships with Mark and my fellow classmates. The best!
