I decided to try hypnosis because of my chronic back pain. I didn’t expect the pain to go away completely, but when I opened my eyes after my hypnosis session, the pain was gone. Lana explained that the pain might return eventually, but during the next several sessions, he taught me how to use self- hypnosis so that I could learn to control the pain on my own.
