Chicago Hypnosis Training is taught through a live, interactive online classroom, putting the complete professional certification within reach from the Loop to Naperville and anywhere else in Chicagoland, without a Kennedy commute attached. You train in real time with me and your fellow students, with supervised practice on every class day. This is not recorded coursework. It is a live classroom.

The History

You Taught in Chicago in Person. What Changed?

The delivery, and nothing else that matters. When the 2020 lockdowns landed with classes already scheduled, my students asked to try the training online, and within one merged class it was obvious. The demonstrations, the daily supervised breakout practice, the personal mentoring, all of it survived the move intact. What Chicago students lost was the commute and the wait for my next visit. The education is the one I always taught here, now available every class instead of once a year.

How Is This Different From a Weekend Hypnosis Certification?

By about 200 hours and every one of them practical. A weekend course hands you a certificate and a stack of scripts. This certification hands you 110 live hours, 110 self directed, practice on every class day under supervision, five complete sessions with real people before you qualify, an exam, and a recorded session you submit. What Is the Schedule for Chicago Students?

The friendliest one on the map. We run on Central Time, so class is simply 10:00 to 6:00, your own clock. Thursday through Sunday, every other week, three modules, twelve days total, which costs a Monday to Friday professional six days of leave across the whole certification. The self directed hours, reading, videos and outside practice sessions, schedule themselves around your life.

What is your history with Chicago?

A long one, on both sides of the teacher's chair. I traveled to Chicago for years to teach in person classes, and this city is also where I did some of my own most important learning. I came here in 2007 to study Life Between Lives regression directly under Michael Newton, and that study eventually led to my role as a Career Partner with his institute. Chicago has been good to this work, in both directions.

Absolutely. This foundational 110 hour live training is the specific prerequisite required for those in the Chicago area moving toward Life Between Lives (LBL) work.

Yes. Our online classes often include many students from Illinois and the Midwest, allowing for local peer practice and professional networking after graduation.

Most of my students take six to nine months from their first class day to holding the certification, and the quickest finish in three to four.

The range exists because the program has two halves that run at different speeds. The live half is fixed, twelve class days across three modules, Thursday through Sunday every other week, plus the two post training days about four to six weeks after the final module, so the classroom portion spans three to four months. The other 110 hours are self directed and self paced, and that is the part that stretches or compresses around your own life. You have six months after the last class day to finish them, so nobody is racing, and most people use a fair portion of that window.

That is less time than most people assume for a genuine 220 hour certification and considerably more than a weekend course would have you believe. One honest note. Certified and confident are not the same milestone, which is why six months of mentorship is included after you finish.

Traditional academic financial aid does not apply to a program like this, so no, and I would rather be straight with you than let you chase it. What I do instead is make it easy to pay over time. A deposit holds your seat and your rate, and the balance spreads across several months interest free. Between the early bird rate and a plan, most people find the path opens up more easily than they expected.
