A weekend certificate is a blond roux, technically started, nowhere near ready, and the practitioner who serves clients on it is serving something thin. The 220 hours here are the long, patient stir, 110 live hours of demonstration and supervised practice, daily repetitions, five complete sessions with real people, an exam, and the judgment that only builds over low heat.

From there it grows as your practice grows, which is why the business side is built into the training rather than saved for later. My own advice is to build alongside your current income the way I did, so you grow into it at your own pace.
