I had never been hypnotized before and wasn’t sure what to expect. It is enlightening as to what you can and will experience. I am not a visual person and was a bit worried how this was going to happen. Just know if you are not visual it doesn’t matter. I found myself in deep hypnosis quite a lot in this class and I’ve learned so so much not only about hypnosis but also about myself. It’s really Amazing. I did not realize I'd have an opportunity to work on myself in addition to learning how to help others. Mark is a fantastic instructor with so much to share and he shares freely. The online format worked very well for me and I consider many of the other students to be close friends. Avoiding traffic and travel expenses was one reason I feel that learning hypnosis online worked well for me. I got so much out of the practice sessions with the other students, because it gave me the confidence to hypnotize friends, family and clients online. I also found that I can take what I learned and hypnotize people in person as well. I enjoy the flexibility that I have to be able to work in person and online, free of fear and full of confidence.
