not interested. The training was expensive and although she said she would offer me referrals for
a per session fee, I wondered why she would provide leads if she could work with anyone, anywhere.

After several 'experiments' working with friends back home in Charleston, SC and a lady in Central America,
I was convinced that using Skype for Remote Hypnosis sessions was an idea whose time had come. Just like with anything
they do not understand, there are a few hypnotists I know who frown on the idea of working remotely. However I know many more Hypnotists
who embrace this idea than reject the idea and some of them actually work over the phone as well as with Skype. Many of my
teachers are now offering Skype sessions for a variety of challenges people face.
There are several advantages to working with Hypnosis via Skype instead of over the phone. First there are no
long distance charges, even when I work with people across the world. In addition, Skype offers the added benefit
of making a video call. This means I can see my client and keep an eye on them to be sure they are safe and it
also helps me to make sure they are not falling asleep on me.
When you schedule your Skype Hypnosis Session you will discover how powerful hypnosis can be. Anything that we can
accomplish in a face to face session can be done via a Skype Hypnosis Session. I have experience working on Skype
with Hypnosis Weight Loss, Pain Management Hypnosis, Stop Smoking Hypnosis, Hypnosis for Insomnia,

While it is possible to work with a variety of different issues via Skype, I have the most experience working with Hypnosis Weight Loss (especially Gastric Band Hypnosis),
Pain Management Hypnosis and Stop Smoking Hypnosis. Is there anything I would avoid in terms of Hypnosis and Skype? Regression to the cause of an issue opens the door
to what is known as an abreaction, which is usually not a problem to handle. However, in rare cases this type of work could get out of hand
if it were done via Skype. I also prefer to work with children one on one rather than over skype. Otherwise, Hypnosis via Skype is as effective as
working one on one.
Is Hypnosis over Skype as effective as a live session? Well, in my experience I'd have to say it is. Of course I do things differently
over Skype. The induction (guiding the client into hypnosis) I normally use in my office requires us to be together in the same room,
however, any hypnotherapist who knows what they are doing will tell you there are many ways to guide a client into hypnosis, and some people
require a different approach than others.
Can my session be recorded? I do not record all of my sessions, however it is possible to record sessions via skype,
in fact the recordings are usually better than then ones I make in my office.
