That is how the schedule was designed, and Charlotte's banking hours fit it neatly. We meet Thursday through Sunday every other week, three modules, twelve days total, which costs a Monday to Friday professional six days of leave across the entire certification. Class runs 11:00 to 7:00 Eastern. The self directed hours flex around your calendar, and building your practice as a weekend warrior while the salary continues is the exact path I took myself.

The live portion is 110 hours. We meet Thursday through Sunday, every other week, for twelve days across three modules. If you work a normal Monday to Friday week, that means taking only six days off in total, which is why this schedule exists in the first place. Class runs 10:00 in the morning to 6:00 in the evening Central Time, which is 11:00 to 7:00 Eastern and 8:00 to 4:00 Pacific. The final fourteen hours are what I call post training, two seven hour days that we schedule by class consensus about four to six weeks after the last module. That gap is on purpose. You go practice, you come back with real war stories and real questions, and we work through them together.

No. Real clinical confidence is built, not born. A lot of people assume this work requires an innate talent you either have or you do not, and that belief keeps good people out of a profession they would be wonderful in. Hypnosis is a structured, systematic, teachable skill. We break the induction into simple logical steps, you watch it done, you do it yourself, and you get proof it works in your hands within the first few hours of class. You also do not have to memorize a library of scripts, because the client's own words give you what you need to guide the session. That is the part that surprises people most.
